“Having traveled with my dog, Coco, across the United States and internationally, and worked with dozens of pets traveling around the world, our team knows firsthand how important the experience can be complicated and stressful, so our team knew it was time to address this issue in the marketplace,” says Caba.

Each year, more than 2 million pets board commercial flights in the United States alone; whereby, a global airline, VistaJet, reported an 86 per cent increase in the number of animals transported over the past two years.

In late 2021, Airbnb also launched a feature to find pet-friendly homes, which aligns with Avvinue’s mission to help people find and book pet-friendly trips around the world. “The longer you travel, the longer you live somewhere, the more you want to bring the whole family — and usually your whole family includes your dogs or cats,” said Brian Chesky, CEO of Airbnb and owner of a golden retriever. , during an interview with the Washington Post.

“We love our pets – they are our children, and it’s no longer the safest option to entrust our pets to a pet sitter or boarding service,” says Caba.

Avvinue’s pet travel booking platform uses a proprietary pet travel algorithm that creates a unique digital solution for the travel and tourism industry and works with USDA certified and approved agents. IPATA worldwide to ensure pets have a safe and secure travel experience that gives pet owners transparency throughout their journey.
